Collection a day later than usual because of Christmas. Building work halfway up street with small skip and sand encroaching into roadway. Some cars parked at slight angle. Blue bins left out in hope of collection team returning with smaller truck tomorrow. "Why don't they just always bring the smaller truck?" a resident asks.
